This is one of those times where I was in the right place at the right time. A thunderstorm had formed directly over me and the sun was at the perfect angle to catch the storm push away the wispy stratus above it. I am shooting straight up at the side of the cloud.

Jupiter and Moons. I shot this picture while waiting for STS-118 to roll out of the VAB to the pad. I thought it was kinda cool.
TECHNICAL NOTEs: I did some homework and found out which moons are visible in the photo.

Crete is an awesome place. There is so much history and of course the scenery is incredible. I have hundreds of pictures that need to be scanned in so I can share them. This is one that I "messed with."

Halloween at Chez Grande. The decorations held up pretty well despite Hurricane Noel off the coast.
