Caularthron is a small genus of maybe 3 medium-sized epiphytic species in tropical South America and Trinidad. [Caularthron bicornutum [Hooker]Raf. 1836.] Common Name: Virgin or Virgin Mary Diacrium. A fragrant orchid with a strong and unusual scent resembling that of a mixture of fruits and candies.
