The Selous is very scenic in February.
We were lucky enough to see a pack of hunting dogs resting.
One of the other memorable "experiences" were the flocks of carmine bee-eaters
that followed our vehicle, acrobatically picking up the insects that the Land Rover disturbed.
Often 20 and up to 50 birds were swooping in and out, around the wheels as we drove along.
