Very nice, the wet foreground certainly adds some nice reflection that would have been missed on a dry night, good for you for braving the weather to get out and shoot.

Amazing night photo!!! The exposure is fantastic because the lights are really beautiful with that golden glow, but the most incredible thing for me are the reflections on the floor... so beautiful!! Congratulations on this great night shot!
