I carried this long lens almost everyday, its was very tiring it was only used on a few occasions.

Hang Ten! :) I can sympathize the weight problem with dragging your 500mm lens around Robbie! I certainly noticed the weight of my new 400mm lens as I dragged it around for several hours at a time recently
