For our 27th wedding anniversay on 10/25/2002, Cathy (although she wasn't aware of it at the time) gave me an Olympus CD4000 Zoom with 4.1 megapixel and 10x digital zoom capabilities. It has a .TIFF setting supposedly equivalent to 8 megapixels, but the files for same are unmanageably huge. These are four test shots of flowers C received for her anniversary using this TIFF mode. Each picture was originally over 10 megabytes in size which took forever to upload here so they were converted to .jpg. This brought them down to about 600-700 kb each and quick upload. Considerable resolution and definition, however, were lost in the conversion.
