The Butterflies

The main attraction at Butterfly World, they flutter freely through the aviary.
The average life span of a butterfly in the aviary is about fourteen days as compared to about seven days in the wild. Some species can live for up to ten months.
There are over 3000 butterflies and at any time up to 50 species can be seen (over 150 species in the course of a year).
