I purchased this Iroc R/T on 10/23/2000 in Albany, Ny with 65,716 miles on it at that time. Since then I have Replaced the head with a NEW Mopar Head, along with: Cylinder Head Bolts, Cylinder Head Gasket, Thermostat Gasket, Waterbox Gasket, Camshaft Rear Seal, Exhaust Manifold Gasket, Cam Cover Gaskets, Intake Manifold Gasket, Oil SW Sensor and Sending Unit, Valve Guide Seals, Turbo Oil Supply Tube, Timing Belt, Serpentine Belt, Serpentine Drive Belt Tensioner, Pulley Tensioner, Fuel Filter & Adapter lines, Throttle Body Gasket, Upper & Lower Radiator Hoses O2 Sensor, and Thermostat Housing. My Total Cost = $615.93 Chrysler Extended Warranty = more than $5,000 Another Repair; Replaced Turbo with Stock T3 Turbo from Turbos Unleashed and a few days later I replaced the Turbo Oil Return Line (which is what was causing the smoking, NOT a bad Turbo. Another misc. repair; Replaced stock Shifter Bushings with Booger Bushings (highly recommended) and replace the Under Hood Silencer Pad. Latest Repair; Replaced Passenger Side and Front Motor Mounts with Solid Poly Mounts from www.Pollybushings.com (fantastic Motor Mounts, Highly Recommended) and repacked the outboard CV Joint after the clamp got stripped off from the bad motor mount letting the engine drop down enough that the axle was hitting the "A" Frame (only went a few miles to get it home after hearing the rubbing). UPDATE 08/0802008: Well the NEW Head that Mopar replaced only lasted 18,000 miles and then it cracked. So in Apr. 2007 I purchased a head from a fellow entheuiest in Canada. This head had been cracked, weld repaired, valve job and decked. So it was ready to go on. Except, I did purchase a set of Titanium Valve Spring Retainers before installing. I did the head swap myself and everything went smooth. In July 2008, I replaced the partially plugged radiator with a good used, pressure tested radiator. Now running fine.
