Paul Standaert's 92 Daytona ES Turbo

Paul is from Minnesota and has done a lot of work on this engine. This car was originally a 2.5 N/A which he converted to a 2.5 Tubo and it has the factory security alarm. Intercooler is still in the works. It has the stock airbox, stock blow off valve, stock air filter, stock boost control, etc. Taylor 8mm ignition wires, a bunch of silicone vacuum lines from FWD Performance. The vacuum system still isn't complete. A home-made strut tower bar that was built years ago. Works well. Very strong and lightweight. Stock fuel rail with +40 injectors and the accufab adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Vacuum manifold bolted to the rear of the intake manifold via the pipe fittings. Its a turbo II 1-piece intake manifold. The only difference between the turbo I and II is the intake charge temp sensor sitting there. No porting work done to this. The big red hose you see hanging from the airbox is my catch can for the PCV system. The can itself is merely an inkjet printer re-fill bottle.
In the guage pod is the Dynojet wideband O2 guage, and below is an EGT guage, which is currently non-functional. Stereo is a late model infinity. In fact I had to modify it to fit in this dash as it had different mounting points originally. The display is orange, and so were all the overlay bulbs, but I switched them out for the traditional green. I am unable to change the color of the orange LCD display though. The CD player is a NEW unit that I bought at the mopar nationals a couple years ago.
The Intercooler is off of a '94-'02 Dodge Ram with the Cummins. (not hooked up yet) As you can see, if it were any longer it wouldn't fit between the bumper shocks, and if it were any wider, it would hit the headlights and/or stick out the bottom of the ground FX. The only better dimension it could be is thicker. I think it is hindering the radiator's effectiveness right now as I seem to be having some running-a-bit-hot issues on the highway, possibly due to the angle at which the IC is mounted. The top is tipped backwards a bit. There is currently no A/C condensor either as I am awaiting funds for a new one and stuff. I have a 3rd mount on the drivers side only behind the headlamp where I made a little "L" bracket and drilled a hole in the metal bumper. I might go away with this though. The two side mounts should be more than adequate.

And, those are my personalized plates. There's no photo editing going on.
