These pics were taken of the pistons prior to going to the machine shop. A local Machine Shop bored the 2.5 N/A block +.040", fit the pistons to the rods, chamfered the Oil hole in the rods, Thermal Coated the tops of the pistons and Molly Coated the Skirts. Would have made a nice set-up; EXCEPT the shop screwed up and put some of the rings in UPSIDE DOWN! :-( Had compression problems and blow-by, so tore it down and found the rings bad and replace and file-fit new rings.
