Presented in chronological order, the photos in this gallery were taken by spectators at ballgames and have been scanned from the originals which are now in my so-called collection. Believing that much of the value of such snapshots lie in the background and peripheral details I have chosen to retain as much of the original appearance as possible by not cropping them and (with one exception) by applying only very light photo enhancements.
You will notice that I have enlarged portions of some of the pictures to point out some details not obvious at first glance. Some of the photos were donated by friends who understand and even enable this odd-ball passion, some were eBay purchases, and some (the 1960 photos) were taken by me using my childhood Kodak Brownie Holiday model. It is my intention to add more as my collection grows.
