Pentagon 30 days after

These photos were taken about thirty days after AA flight 77 struck the Pentagon on 9/11/2001. I had picked my mother up at Dulles airport at 8PM on the evening of September 10 upon her return from Ireland. About twelve hours later, Flight 77 took off from Dulles bound for LAX, but took an unscheduled detour to the Pentagon. Viewing the damage thirty days later proved to be an overwhelming experience for me and my son, Chris, who was with me.
