In this image, Clem (second from the right) appears to be a few years older than his actual age of 16 or 17. The original snapshot was very small and the shadows across his partially hidden face made it difficult for the imaging software to properly fill in the missing pixels. But given that all the other faces, particularly his mum Veronica's, were faithfully rendered, and since it captures a rare moment of leisure during wartime London I decided to include it in the gallery.
