La Jolla Cove and Children's Pool

There has been a big controversy going on for several years about the use of Children's Pool on La Jolla. The Seals have been allowed to take it over but the deed says it is for the children. It is blocked off and no one is allowed on the beach there. I can see both sides and don't lean either way.
