Dear Richard, Thanks for this great photograph of the Lydian tribute bringers! I would like to use it as a cover illustration for a 'Festschrift' - a volume of scientific articles on the ancient Near East in honor of Robartus J. van der Spek. Bert van der Spek is professor emeritus at VU University Amsterdam. My colleague Reinhard Pirngruber and I organized and edited a Festschrift in his honor in which colleagues and friends dedicated articles to him. The Festschrift is called "Silver, Money and Credit. A Tribute to Robartus J. van der Spek on Occasion of his 65th Birthday on 18th September 2014". It will be published by the NINO = Nederlands Instituut voor het Nabije Oosten (Dutch Institute for the Ancient Near East). It is a very small field, therefore a very small edition that does not yield profit - not for the NINO, and not at all for us. I hope you agree that I use your pic.
