A good key light off to the left. White balance is a bit low. Nice pose and subject. At half a second exposure you really must have a tripod - the picture suffers badly from shake, I am afraid. It might have been better to reduce your depth of field with a much larger aperture which would also have provided a more manageable shutter speed and rendered the background in a nice diffuse out of focus look. Consider also having your subject look more to one side or the other rather than straight on at the camera, which seems a little flat. I also think you need to raise your exposure value using Levels.
