When I see structures like this when I'm on the road I can't help but think about the family that moved in there when it was new, all fresh and shiny. Probably lots of happy times under that roof...and likely a few not so happy. Such is life. If only old houses could talk.

Nice fixer upper. It would probably bring $300K on the coast. Look at that brickwork tarpaper, the granite countertops of the 30s.
