Too bad I can't read Spanish.I think it has something to do with the plants....maybe it says don't eat them because they are highly toxic....uh oh!

I think it says something about prohibiting the removal of plants and animals. The fines look pretty heavy, so I think I'd just double back and steal some of the bananas.
