Aerial shot of leaving Calgary to come down to Scottsdale.The Bow River can be seen winding it's way through the city.The image will look quite different on our return flight tomorrow as both the Elbow and Bow rivers have overflowed their banks and are flooding large areas of Calgary right now.Over 100,000 people evacuated.They have advised people to not attempt to get downtown to work and consequently downtown Calgary appears like a ghosttown....albeit a flooded one.The downtown area can be seen in the top right of this image....nestled up against the Bow River.
