Up in the air.This is a competition called The Hare and The Hound.This first balloon is called the Hare.It takes off first and the other balloons will take off at predetermined times and are called the Hounds.The Hare drops a target marked with a large X and the Hounds attempt to drop their markers as close to the target X as they can.The closest marker achieves the highest score.
