Traffic on the busy Trans Canada Highway #1 came to a halt about 2 miles from this scene.We then crept along until we came upon these two nonchalantly sitting in the ditch.Their car parked part way onto the highway,obstructing traffic.Maybe they had a valid reason but you'd think they could have pulled their vehicle off the highway instead of sticking out in traffic....grrrrr.
