All three mimic thrushes breed on Duxbury Beach. The Thrashers are in evidence during the breeding season but go quiet and essentially under cover once fledging has occurred. I don't often see them from July onward. This individual, however, was in full song. I heard him long before i arrived at his location and he was going stronglong after I passed him.
