pschwartz: The house has been well photographed and photos of it published in many magazines and newspapers. I do not believe the image in Gospel Advocate is mine, as I have not been contacted by the publisher for permission. When I took this photo, someone told me that the house sustained a small fire. Too bad someone does not restore the building and the help maintain the land. With good rainfall this month and through the winter, this might once again be a good spot for bluebonnets.

This image on cover of Gospel Advocate quarterly sunday school book.
I recognized the house between Burnet and Marble Falls, not far from intersection with Park Road 4 to Long Horn Caverns.
