Fall color at Lost Maples. This photo was
taken along the East Trail near the ponds.
Based on what I saw on 11/10, I estimate
that the color will peak between Nov 13th and Nov 17th.
Some trees have begun to lose their leaves. The cold
front last night will certainly have help change
the color, but with the high winds it probaly
took some leaves off the trees.

Lost Maples is very crowded on the weekends
during the fall color weeks, so plan to visit
on a weekday if you can or get there early
on weekend days.
