This is the Bravo Award for outstanding contribution to Manulife Financial in Canada, that I earned in 2002 and 2003 and was awarded in 2004, and that was less than a year as a full-time employee. There are 20 or less BRAVOs awarded for outstanding contribution to Manulife Canada's roughly 10,000 employees each year. I was very, very proud that 2 of my team members and later a 3rd (who all reported to me) also earned this award. It shows that consistent success, high performance and outstanding results truly are a team effort.
