Park Avenue Villas

This is the construction of Park Avenue Villas, our condo hotel constructed in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. We opened officialy January 1, 2007. Thanks for the wonderful freindship in San Juan del Sur during our recent visit. We enjoyed it so much we look forward to our own home being built at Pelican Eyes. You sure made retirement sound like fun!

Ralph,I can't beleive all the work that has been done.I really can't beleive they actually did the wiring part like you wanted them to.I walked by and saw this when i met you (3-4 months ago).My architect is said my first draft of my plans will be done this week.I am just closing on my sale of my condo and i should be down by the 1st of November.I can't wait to see your project again in person.Take care,Randy Harvey,Santa Monica,Ca.
