This is commonly called a Christmas Cactus, because it typically blooms during the winter holidays. Its official botanical name is "Schlumbergera."

I think I have this cactus, but not sure. What is the name? The stems are very small and somewhat cylindrical. Grows in miniature format; the flowers are fairly small. Like...size of a dime or nickel. Help?
