When I first saw Teddy's tail on Tuesday, I thought he had a case of "Happy Tail." Who knew that 48 hours after this scene was captured, he would have most of his tail surgically removed. I have been told that the vet said there was a tumor on the end of the tail and the only way to keep it from returning was to remove all but about 4 inches. Word has it that Teddy is recovering nicely.
