I like the break from the conformity of the horizon on a third. The swirl of the clouds adds a dynamic quality.
To me the main area that the image starts to fall down is in the top RH quarter where the rhythm gets broken.
I would consider either a crop or Photoshop work to reduce the impact of this area.
