It is tending to be a 'busy' image, as there is a lot of different detail crammed into one space, made more so by the inclusion of the trees in the foreground. With trees, clouds, windmill and tank - there is a lot to take in. Sometimes less is more and a different viewpoint may have enabled you to reduce the number of elements in this composition.
