I am drawn to the detail in the centre of this image. Some of that detail has been lost due to noise and possibly a crop from a larger frame. The strong highlights
and shadows also reduce the visibility of fine detail. Consider taking a macro approach and using depth of field to isolate the detail in subjects like this.
