The image feels quite busy overall, and the two men at the edges of the frame make the composition more distracting. Using a longer lens with a wider
aperture would help isolate the subject through shallower depth of field and simplify the composition. Careful timing and positioning would also help create a
cleaner, less intrusive image. To me, the central bagpiper is the main subject. Reframing the image as a portrait would isolate him more effectively and
strengthen the composition. Lifting the shadows and adding a subtle vignette would further enhance the image and draw more attention to the subject.
