The photographer has used the bottom corners to anchor the two leading lines of the tracks. The image lacks tonal contrast reducing overall impact.
Increasing exposure / brightness and contrast to control these tones together with highlight control to ensure whites are not clipped. Consider a slightly
tighter crop that removes the building and concrete section on the top left and cropping the bottom to realign and reposition the two tracks from the
corners, this will create a cleaner composition. The image would benefit further with an additional foreground interest to hold the viewer’s attention.
