Judges Comments

The title of the image references a line from an ancient movie but we are not close enough to see the communication or the Polaroid record of the event. The photographer has captured
the skill of the pilots as they fly in close formation with the smoke trails indicating the consistency of their travel. The colours on the planes stand out nicely against the blue of the sky and the oblique
travel gives some life and energy to the image. The shutter speed has been fast enough to freeze the motion of the propellers. The image is nicely taken but does not have enough interest to be awarded.
