The photographer presents an image with the intent of creating drama and I think they have succeeded, especially in the sky but also in the building façade which displays a good tonal range and strong
contrast including the mid-tones. The building is in focus throughout and the low shooting angle gives it presence and grandeur. Personally I would like to have seen the whole building as I find the crop
at the bottom to be unpleasant, and even better if the perspective distortion could be corrected. There are also a number of dust spots in the sky on the left and bright, sharpening haloes also mainly on the left.
