This shot shows a variety of emotional responses from the people on board the raft and we also see one in the water indicating a recent exciting event.
The people at the front of the boat seem happy to have survived this recent excitement while a person at the back is nonchalant and relaxed.
It is a nice story, but there may have been a better shot with more action and drama prior to this one. Technically it would have been good to see more of
the faces as several are obscured and if it was possible to shoot from a lower level, there would be more of a connection between the photographer and the subjects.
