A nicely captured image of one or possibly multiple lightning strikes. The strip of grass at the bottom is nicely balanced by the clouds at the top of the image.
The crop of the image gives the lightning space in the frame and keeps the interesting dark cloud on the left but the central placement of the lightning in the
horizontal crop does reduce the energy in the image. I also think it needs a point of interest such as a large tree or a building to give us a sense of scale.
