An image of the countryside with a peaceful, ethereal feeling generated by a thick mist. The two main trees are placed close together and slightly off centre and are balanced
on the left by the pond which is also partially framed by the leaning dark tree. The large area of light, negative space in the top left has been broken up by the flight of
birds and the mist and slowly diminishing clarity of the scene gives us a sense of depth. Suggestions for improvement would be to remove the object on the middle of the
right edge as it draws you to the side of the frame and consider toning down the highlights in the foreground grass.
