There are some things working well in this image. The author has recognised the rule of odds and presents us with three seagulls. The central subject is large in the frame and placed in the
foreground and the background is non-distracting. To improve the image consider the following, the light at this time of day has cast a hard shadow as a compositional element but also left the front
of the seagull shaded and the title and image position indicate it is the key subject. The timing is also slightly wrong as it would have been better if the middle seagull had not been partially obscured by the boulder.
