I assume that these water jets were shooting up into a nice blue sky, and that sky has been darkened/replaced. Unfortunately, there appears to be a blue tint on both of the main spouts.
To check this, I sampled the RGB values of the right-hand spout. At the top of the water jet, the RGB values were 237,237,237 (balances RGB values), but below this (about halfway down
towards the nozzle) the RGB values were 185, 188, 205 (showing the blue tint). This is against the FCC Monochrome rules that any tint must be applied to the overall image, not just part of it.
