This is a lovely cityscape. Nice composition. I like the inclusion of the trees on the left to give some balance to the buildings. The overall
image is a little on the flat side which could be very easily fixed with a levels adjustment (bringing your white and black points up to where
they should be). The image does also appear to have a blue tone to it.... it is hard to tell if it is desaturated
or if that is an entire tone over the whole image.... I expect it to be global as this is a monochrome competition.
