The nicobar pidgeon is a beautiful bird, and you have caught the irridescence in the feathers. The background is very niosy, from the ISO 5000, but this can be delt with extremely well with many of the denoise filters I use Topaz denoise to excellent effect. But what really detracts from this image is the highlights in the background. For an open image, these can easily be erradicated.
