I love the humour and story of this image but feel the composition could be better, the angle you took it from and who you included in your shot.
I think this would have been stronger if it had started with the woman who is bending low in the middle and included more of the people down the line.
As it is, you have a cut off person on left side and a large blank V of space right in the middle.
