This looks to be taken in a museum so I can't imagine the bikes were about to be taken out on a run…..
That being said you might have had a couple more minutes to take another shot and try to steady the camera.
There is a bit of camera shake which is causing the blur in the image. Either that or you need to
increase your shutter speed (and in turn increase your ISO) You have a decent tonal range in the image.
