(i) Content (story, mood etc): Monet-like "impressions" of light reflecting off water
(ii) Composition: my eye is drawn into and around the pretty image. Perhaps the top centimetre and some of the
bottom quarter could be cropped - it has little colour and much black which distracts from the colours of the image
(iii) Technical (lighting etc): Effective use of "painterly" tools to tell the story
