Unfortunately you have totally missed on the focus here. The most important part is the head and eyes, and they are quite soft. I think the focus is on the body just behind the shoulder. There is also a large blow in the whites both on his head, body and the foreground rock. With
the lighting conditions, a very difficult image to get right. Maybe wait till the sun goes in or wait for another day.
