Unfortunately your magpie is not sharp, and you have lost feather detail in both the blacks and whites. Aperture good to show off the subject. Suggest a higher ISO to enable a higher speed, to enable a sharper image. The bird appears to be moving, allowing a loss of sharpness at a lower shutter speed.
