Engaging expression on the subject, a great start. Technique needs improvement ie. blackened background very obvious
needs better blending. Key light from camera right too bright, with close to burnt out exposure on her cheek.
Put this subject in good light i.e. on front of a window and by eliminating light you can focus on expression.
