There is a good sense of environment within this image - look at the general decay.
Then there is the threateningly serious expressions on the face of the policemen.
Contrast that with the smiley face coming in on the right. It is hard to resolve the two very
different expressions. That is not a bad thing as the image poses an unanswerable question.
