Yes, the bear is there and you were lucky enough to capture it. Unfortunately, it is poorly exposed and lacks clarity. An image such as this is a nice record of your experience but in its present form it is not of competition standard. If the image was captured as a RAW file you can probably improve it considerably with careful processing.
